1. Eligibility for Returns

Oxcell accepts returns within 7 days of purchase for batteries that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Batteries that have been installed or used.
  • Products showing physical damage or tampering.
  • Custom or special-order batteries.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchange Policy

Faulty batteries covered under warranty will be replaced with an identical or equivalent model. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email before returning your battery.

5. Warranty Coverage

All Oxcell batteries include a limited manufacturer warranty covering performance defects. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by overcharging, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
